Arelys, Suly & Crew have worked for the Big Maid Franchises and decided we could do a better job home cleaning for customers by going out on our own in 2021.    We use branded, safe products that families trust.  Our crew will arrive healthy & prepared.   We value our employees & customer families safety.  

We carry insurance for our house cleaning maid employees working in your home. We  guarantee satisfaction for each job or we come back. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best home cleaning to put things right.

Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy. 

 In order to provide the best cleaning experience possible, we need time to prepare our cleaners to ensure that they are fully-equipped for the job. For this reason, we ask our customers to give us at least 24 hours before canceling an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, will incur a $70 charge. 

For payment, we accept cash, check or  via Zelle or Venmo. Payment should be made upon completion of the clean job unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.
